Expanding minds and maturing bodies will come together through poses that stimulate the preteens’ physical strength, emotional balance, and self-confidence. This yoga class will integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, deep-relaxation and meditation techniques, as well as self-reflection. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga.
